Previously Hadfield was the creative force and founding partner of a full service marketing and creative agency. His visual thought leadership, paired with his commitment to current design technologies and techniques, always kept the agency leaps and bounds ahead of their competition. Hadfield joined the Franchise Sports & Entertainment team in 2015, and brings a unique perspective on how to deliver creative design and content that will capture the customer, overseeing all aspects of design and concept for the agency’s various clients.
